Capt. William J. Luckey and a good friend, Frank Newell, pose in fornt of what appears to be a UC-78 Bobcat. This aircraft was a popular non-combat utility or "Hack" aircraft with the Units of the 8th Air Force. Kathy Mc Williams reports that Frank Newell was KIA in Korea.
